There are a limited number of
good rating care homes in the Manchester area.
So why are there not more care providers entitled to be referred to as 'Good'? Quite simply, it's because of the rigorous testing procedures carried out by Inspectors on behalf of the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
According to the CQC out of a total 246 care home inspections during the past 2 years there were just 97 that passed as 'Good' within a 15 mile radius of Taunton in Somerset. The following care homes passed those inspections.
