So why are there not more care providers entitled to be referred to as 'Good'? Quite simply, it's because of the rigorous testing procedures carried out by Inspectors on behalf of the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
According to the CQC out of a total 146 home care inspections during the past 2 years there were just 42 that passed as 'Good' within a 15 mile radius of Taunton in Somerset. The following at home care services passed those inspections.
