There are a limited number of
cqc outstanding at home care services in the Manchester area.
So why are there so few at home care services awarded the 'Outstanding' rating? Quite simply and it is to be applauded, it's because of the rigorous testing procedures carried out by CQC Inspectors on behalf of the Care Quality Commission.
